Refund Policy

30 Day Risk Free Warranty

All Clorns® products come with a 30 day risk free warranty starting from the date of purchase.

If your Clorns® Hormonal Hair Remover arrives defective, damaged, or does not match the product description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our support team will review your request and ensure the issue is resolved promptly.

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification.

For defective or faulty devices, please provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and email them to support@clorns.com. Once confirmed, we will offer a free replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Please note that this warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, unauthorized modifications, or abuse of the product.

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Due to hygiene and personal care regulations, used personal care devices are non refundable unless they are defective upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used personal care devices

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Intimate or sanitary products once opened

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Please check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider as processing times may vary

  3. Contact your bank for further confirmation

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need a replacement for the same item, please email support@clorns.com with your order number and supporting evidence.

Sale and Promotional Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or promotional items are final sale and non refundable, unless the item arrives defective.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you request a cancellation before the order is processed, a 20 percent cancellation fee will apply to cover processing and payment handling fees.

Invalid Reasons for Refund or Exchange

The following reasons are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Finding the item at a lower price elsewhere

  • Loss or damage after delivery

Once an order is placed, it is considered a binding purchase agreement.
